(Amendment) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (Amendment) Notification 2021.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) comes into operation on 1 September 2021.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 1 October 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (No. 2) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 430/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 9; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 43, the following item:

“43A.

Tuas Port

(a)	71 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 636743

(b)	73 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 636744”.
