Building Control
(Buildability and Productivity)
(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act 1989, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 21 October 2022.
Amendment of Eleventh Schedule
2.  In the Eleventh Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011), after item 4, insert —
“5.  Shaded area in Map 5 at Clementi Avenue 1
MAP 5
6.  Shaded area in Map 6 at Tampines Avenue 11
MAP 6
”.
Amendment of Fourteenth Schedule
3.  In the Fourteenth Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011, after item 5, insert —
“6.  Shaded area in Map 6 at Lentor Central
MAP 6
7.  Shaded area in Map 7 at Senja Close
MAP 7
8.  Shaded area in Map 8 at Jalan Tembusu
MAP 8
9.  Shaded area in Map 9 at Marina Gardens Lane
MAP 9
”.
