(CONNECT Plan) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Education Service Incentive Payment Act 2001, the Minister for Education makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the Education Service Incentive Payment (CONNECT Plan) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

(2) Regulation 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2021.

(3) Regulation 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 6 April 2021.

(4) Regulation 2(d) is deemed to have come into operation on 21 April 2021.

(5) Regulation 2(e) is deemed to have come into operation on 14 June 2021.

(6) Regulation 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 November 2021.

Amendment of Part 2 of Third Schedule

2. Part 2 of the Third Schedule to the Education Service Incentive Payment (CONNECT Plan) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Association for Persons with Special Needs” in the first column of item 1 and substituting the words “APSN Education Services Ltd.”;

(b)

by deleting the words “AWWA School” in the second column of item 4 and substituting the following paragraph:

“(a)	AWWA School @ Napiri (formerly known as AWWA School)”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a) in the second column of item 4, the following paragraph:

“(b)	AWWA School @ Bedok”;

(d)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b) in the second column of item 10, the following paragraph:

“(c)	Rainbow Centre — Admiral Hill School”; and

(e)

by lettering the existing paragraph in the second column of item 12 as paragraph (a), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:

“(b)	St. Andrew’s Mission School”.
