(Transparency and Effective Control)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84A of the Trustees Act 1967, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Trustees (Transparency and Effective Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 May 2024.
Amendment or regulation 8
2.  In the Trustees (Transparency and Effective Control) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 151/2017), in regulation 8(5), in the definition of “specified person”, in paragraph (d), replace “and Terrorism Financing” with “, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing”.
