Planning (Child Care Centre — Change in Use Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Child Care Centre — Change in Use Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2011.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4(1) of the Planning (Child Care Centre — Change in Use Lodgment Authorisation) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 137/2005) is amended by deleting "$300" in sub-paragraph (e) and substituting “$100”.
