(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2023 and, except for paragraph 2(b) and (d), comes into operation on 12 August 2023.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) and (d) comes into operation on 13 August 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012), in the First Schedule, in Part II —

(a)	in item 1, in the third column, replace “9 a.m.” with “5 a.m.”;
(b)	in item 1, in the third column, replace “5 a.m.” with “9 a.m.”;
(c)	in item 2, in the third column, replace “5 p.m.” with “8.30 p.m.”; and
(d)	in item 2, in the third column, replace “8.30 p.m.” with “5 p.m.”. [G.N. Nos. S 187/2014; S 223/2014; S 741/2018; S 431/2019; S 728/2019; S 648/2021; S 389/2022; S 477/2023]
