(Public Service Worker)
(Amendment) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(6) of the Protection from Harassment Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Protection from Harassment (Public Service Worker) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 13 February 2023.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. In the Protection from Harassment (Public Service Worker) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 750/2014), in the Schedule, in Part 1, in paragraph 63 —

(a)	in sub-paragraph (2)(d)(ii), replace “movement control measure” with “specified order (as defined in paragraph 62(3))”; and
(b)	in sub-paragraph (3), delete the definition of “movement control measure”.
