(Amendment) Rules 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(3) of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act 2007, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of rule 2

2. In the Secondhand Goods Dealers (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 2), in rule 2(a), replace “10(6)” with “10(5)”.
