Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 30 November 2022.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. In the Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6), replace “Tanah Merah Coast Road —that part of Tanah Merah Coast Road from lamp post No. 2F to lamp post No. 246.” with —

“Tanah Merah Coast Road — that part of Tanah Merah Coast Road from lamp post No. 2F to lamp post No. 228F.”.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

3. In the Fourth Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification, replace “Tanah Merah Coast Road — that part of Tanah Merah Coast Road from lamp post No. 246 to the junction with Aviation Park Road.” with —

“Tanah Merah Coast Road — that part of Tanah Merah Coast Road from lamp post No. 228F to the junction with Aviation Park Road.”.
