Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Amendment) Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2011.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item 1 relating to “Singapore Commodity Exchange Ltd (transaction on rubber only).”.
