Poisons (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1997.
Deletion and substitutiton of First, Second, Third and Fifth Schedules
2.  The First, Second, Third and Fifth Schedules to the Poisons Rules (R 1) are deleted and the following Schedules substituted therefor:
