Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms) (Amendment) Rules 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms) (Amendment) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2006.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms) Rules (R 3) is amended by deleting “$8.50” in item 2 and substituting “$9.45”.
