(Amendment) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Anchorages) (Amendment) Notification 2021.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) comes into operation on 1 September 2021.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 1 October 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Immigration Anchorages Notification (N 2) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 3; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 18, the following item:

“19.

Tuas Port

For vessels arriving in or about to leave Singapore, other than pleasure craft and yachts.”.
