Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Attorney-General (Additional Functions) Act 2014, the President makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Attorney-General (Additional Functions) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 August 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Attorney-General (Additional Functions) Act 2014 is amended by inserting, immediately after item 22, the following item:

“23. Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.”.
