Casino Control
(Casino Licence and Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 49 and 200 of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Casino Licence and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 11th December 2012.
Amendment of regulation 6
2.  Regulation 6 of the Casino Control (Casino Licence and Fees) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 429/2009) is amended by deleting the words “$2.5 million” in the formula in paragraphs (3) and (4) and substituting in each case the words “$3.8 million”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Casino Control (Casino Licence and Fees) Regulations 2009 is amended by deleting item 2 and substituting the following item:
“
2.Casino licence fee —
 
(a)to operate the only casino in operation
$22.8 million per annum
(b)to operate one of 2 casinos in operation
$19 million per annum
”.
