(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 of the Industrial Relations Act 1960, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 April 2022.
Amendment of regulation 17
2.  Regulation 17(2) of the Industrial Relations Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “ex parte” and substituting the words “in the absence of any person other than the applicant”.
