Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Official Secrets Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 28th December 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Official Secrets Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following item:
“1A.  Building and Construction Authority”.
