Interpretation
(Delegation of Powers —
Ministry of Home Affairs)
(Revocation) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Home Affairs, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Home Affairs) (Revocation) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the following Notifications:
(a)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Home Affairs) (Consolidation) Notification (N 8);
(b)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Home Affairs) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 354/2003);
(c)Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Home Affairs) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 818/2005);
(d)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Home Affairs) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 723/2014);
(e)Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Home Affairs) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 449/2018).
