Pharmacists Registration (Amendment) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Pharmacists Registration Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 12th December 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Pharmacists Registration Rules (R 2) is amended by deleting Form 3 and substituting the following Form:
