Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “hospital” in section 2 of the Human Organ Transplant Act 1987, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Notification 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) Notification 2004
2.  In the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 399/2004) —
(a)in paragraph 2(a) and (b), replace “Part IVA” with “Part 4A”; and
(b)in the Schedule, in the Part heading of Parts I and II, replace “PART IVA” with “PART 4A”.

3.  In paragraph 2 of the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 293/2005), replace “Part IVA” with “Part 4A”.
