(Amendment No. 3) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, the Minister charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnelā€‘development policies, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 May 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule, in item 2, in the third column —
(a)delete “Mr Lee Chuan Teck”; and
(b)after “Mr Luke Goh”, insert “Dr Beh Swan Gin”.
