| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 11 April 2022. |
| Amendment of paragraph 2 |
| 2. Paragraph 2 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) is amended by deleting the words “Part II” and substituting the words “Part 2”. |
