(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and, except for regulation 2(2), come into operation on 1 October 2023.

(2) Regulation 2(2) comes into operation on 16 October 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2.—(1) In the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3), in the Schedule —

(a)	delete items 2 and 4; and
(b)	renumber items 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 as items 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, respectively.

(2) In the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations, in the Schedule, after item 6, insert —

“7.	Mrs Ow Foong Pheng

8.	Ms Tan Gee Keow”.
