Newspaper and Printing Presses
(Exemption from Part III of Act)
(Amendment No. 6) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 28th December 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011) is amended by deleting the words “PCL Publishers Pte Ltd” in the second column of items 19 and 20 and substituting in each case the words “PCL Printers (Pte) Limited”.
