(Collection of Toll at Woodlands and
Tuas Checkpoints) (Amendment) Rules 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34D of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) (Amendment) Rules 2023 and come into operation on 31 March 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules (R 12), in the Schedule —

(a)

rename PART I as PART 1; and

(b)

replace Parts III and IV with —

“Part 3

Toll payable at the Tuas Checkpoint for using the Second Crossing to leave Singapore —
