(Amendment of Second Schedule)
(No. 2) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Statistics Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 21 September 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 11, the following item:

“12.	Statistics and Data Systems Department of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.”.
