(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act 1975, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act 1975 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 8 December 2023.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act 1975, in the Schedule, after item 2, insert —
“3.  Electric Vehicles Charging Act 2022.”.
