Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 9 June 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3), in the First Schedule, replace item (11) with —
 
“(11)  Tuas Port
 
  All that area occupied by “TUAS PORT — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 3,537,486 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
 
  The boundary commences at a point 26,285.100 metres North and 3,963.400 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum and runs approximately as follows:
