| Singapore Armed Forces (SAVER-Premium Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (SAVER‑Premium Fund) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 28 October 2022. |
| Amendment of regulation 3 |
2. In regulation 3(1) of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAVER‑Premium Fund) Regulations (Rg 18) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), after sub-paragraph (e), insert —

| Amendment of regulation 4 |
| 3. In regulation 4(2)(b) of the principal Regulations, replace “or the Chief of Navy” with “, the Chief of Navy or the Chief of Digital and Intelligence Service”. |
| Amendment of regulation 14 |
| 4. In regulation 14(2)(a) of the principal Regulations, delete “and examining the Fund in accordance with regulation 17”. |
| Amendment of heading of Part IV |
| 5. In the heading of Part IV of the principal Regulations, delete “PERIODIC EXAMINATION AND”. |
| Deletion of regulation 17 |
| 6. Delete regulation 17 of the principal Regulations. |
