(Port) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 29 March 2022.
Amendment of regulation 61B
2.  Regulation 61B of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended by deleting paragraphs (3) and (4).
Amendment of regulation 78
3.  Regulation 78(2) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “, (2), (3) or (4)” and substituting the words “or (2)”.
