Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 104(3) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st November 1999.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after “9,” in the 1st line of paragraph (c), “9A,”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “(c) and (d),” in the 1st and 2nd lines of paragraph (c) and substituting the words “(c), (d) and (f), 11A, 11B,”. [G.N. Nos. S 450/95; S 478/98]
