Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1999 and shall, with the exception of paragraph 2(e), be deemed to have come into operation on 22nd September 1999.
(2)  Paragraph 2(e) of this Order shall come into operation on 1st October 1999.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2, 1999 Ed.) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Lee Ek Tieng” in the 3rd column of item 1 and substituting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan”;
(b)by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in the 3rd column of item 1 and substituting the name “Mr Lee Ek Tieng”;
(c)by deleting the name “Mr Lee Ek Tieng” in the 3rd column of item 2 and substituting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan”;
(d)by deleting the name “Mr Lee Ek Tieng” in the 3rd column of item 3 and substituting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan”; and
(e)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng” in the 3rd column of item 4, the name “Mdm Lim Soo Hoon”.
