(Public Cleansing) (Amendment No. 4)
Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 January 2022.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$27.47” in the following provisions and substituting in each case “$32.07”:

by deleting “$106.71” in paragraph 8(2)(b) and substituting “$121.56”;

(f)

by deleting “$154.73” in paragraph 8(2)(c) and substituting “$180.15”;

(g)

by deleting “$380.96” in paragraph 8(2)(d) and substituting “$446.05”; and

(h)

by deleting “$653.09” in paragraph 8(2)(e) and substituting “$755.29”.

Amendment of Tenth Schedule

3. The Tenth Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “SEMBWASTE PTE LTD.” in the Schedule heading and substituting the words “ALBA W&H SMART CITY PTE. LTD.”.
