Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Trade Development Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item 3.
