Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 1999.

(2) Regulation 2(a) of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st May 1996.

(3) Regulation 2(b) of these Regulations shall come into operation on 8th June 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (4), the following item:

“(5) Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng”; and

(b)

by deleting item (4).
