(COVID‑19 — Stay Orders)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 — Stay Orders) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and are deemed to have come into operation on 10 October 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 — Stay Orders) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 182/2020), in regulation 2(2), delete “Access Restrictions and”.
