(Amendment) Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49(2)(e) of the Bus Services Industry Act 2015, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Bus Services Industry (Bus Service Licence) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 14 February 2024.

Amendment of regulation 6

2. In the Bus Services Industry (Bus Service Licence) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 33/2016), in regulation 6(2)(a), replace “$10” with “$9.17”.
