| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 11 November 2021. |
| Amendment of Part III of First Schedule |
| 2. Part III of the First Schedule to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 569/2012) is amended by deleting the word “An” in paragraph 5 and substituting the words “Except as the Controller specifies otherwise in writing, an”. |

| 3. Part III of the Fourth Schedule to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations 2012 is amended by deleting the word “The” in paragraph 10 and substituting the words “Except as the Controller specifies otherwise in writing, the”. |
