(Revocation) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Health, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Health) (Revocation) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Health) (Consolidation) Notification (N 7).
