(Military Domain Experts Service)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 205 and 205A of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (Military Domain Experts Service) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 July 2021.

Amendment of regulation 37

2. Regulation 37 of the Singapore Armed Forces (Military Domain Experts Service) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 186/2010) is amended —

(a)

by inserting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (7)(a);

(b)

by deleting the word “; and” at the end of paragraph (7)(aa) and substituting a full‑stop;

(c)

by deleting sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (7);

(d)

by deleting the words “and (7)(a) and (aa)” in paragraph (8) and substituting the words “and (7)”;

(e)

by deleting the words “Subject to paragraphs (7)(b) and (15), the” in paragraph (13) and substituting the word “The”;

(f)

by deleting sub-paragraph (e) of paragraph (13) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

“(e)	if there is no money standing to his credit in his CARE Account, when he is transferred to the military domain experts service.”; and

(g)

by deleting paragraph (15).
