(Amendment) Rules 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 140 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Recalls) (Amendment) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 19 December 2022.

Amendment of rule 2

2. In rule 2(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Recalls) Rules 2012 (G.N. No. S 434/2012), replace “$64.20” with “$70.62”.
