In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(1) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Merchant Banks — Annual Fees) (Cancellation) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 July 2021.

Cancellation

2. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (Merchant Banks — Annual Fees) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 405/2005) is cancelled.
