Medical Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Medical Registration Act, the Singapore Medical Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2005.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Item 3 in the Second Schedule to the Medical Registration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$250” and substituting “$300”.
