Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act
(Amendment of Fifth Schedule)
Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 16 February 2022.

Amendment of Part 1 of Fifth Schedule

2. Item 6 of Part 1 of the Fifth Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995 is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:

“(aa)

rule 15 of the Road Traffic (Bicycles) Rules;”.
