Shopping Malls) (Amendment)
Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62A(2) of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Environmental Public Health (Designation of Specified Premises — Shopping Malls) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Environmental Public Health (Designation of Specified Premises — Shopping Malls) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 636/2022), in the Schedule, delete items 11, 43, 45, 62, 91, 103, 132, 134 and 142.
