Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 4 of the Government Procurement Act 1997, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 30 October 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1), in the First Schedule, in Part II, after item 20, insert —

“21.	North Macedonia”.
