Delegation of Powers
(Ministry of Finance)
(Amendment) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Finance, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 1 April 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Finance) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 807/2014) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 3 under the heading “(B) Ministry of Defence” in Part 1;

(b)

by deleting the words “Ground Commander” in the first column of item 7 under the heading “(B) Ministry of Defence” in Part 1 and substituting the words “Group Commander”;

(c)

by deleting the word “Vital” in the first column of item 4 under the heading “(C) Ministry of Finance” in Part 1 and substituting the word “VITAL”;

(d)

by deleting the word “, Headquarters” in the first column of item 1 under the heading “(G) Ministry of Law” in Part 1;

(e)

by deleting items 2 and 3 under the heading “(H) Ministry of Manpower” in Part 1 and substituting the following items:
