(Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act 1996, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 January 2023.
Amendment of regulation 18
2.  In regulation 18 of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination) Regulations (Rg 4) —
(a)in paragraph (1), replace “as the Authority may determine” with “as specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification (N 1)”; and
(b)in paragraph (3), replace “as the Authority may determine” with “as specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Fees for Replacement or Certified Copy of Licence) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 1005/2022)”.
Amendment of regulation 19
3.  In regulation 19(4) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Harbour Craft Manning Licence Examination) Regulations, replace “as the Authority may determine” with “as specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification”.
