(Amendment No. 5) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Mr Chan Chun Sing, the Minister charged with the responsibility for public sector personnel and personnel‑development policies, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2023 and, except for paragraph 2(2), comes into operation on 1 October 2023.

(2) Paragraph 2(2) comes into operation on 16 October 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2.—(1) In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010), in the First Schedule —

(a)	in item 1, in the third column, delete “Ms Chan Lai Fung” and “Mr Loh Khum Yean”;
(b)	in item 2, in the third column, delete “Ms Chan Lai Fung” and “Mr Loh Khum Yean”;
(c)	in item 3, in the third column, delete “Ms Chan Lai Fung”; and
(d)	in item 6, in the third column, delete “Mr Loh Khum Yean”.

(2) In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010, in the First Schedule —

(a)

in item 1, in the third column, after “Mr Pang Kin Keong”, insert —

“Mrs Ow Foong Pheng

Ms Tan Gee Keow”;

(b)

in item 2, in the third column, replace “Mr Chan Yeng Kit” with “Mr Pang Kin Keong”;

(c)

in item 2, in the third column, delete “Mr Chng Kai Fong”;

(d)

in item 2, in the third column, after “Dr Beh Swan Gin”, insert —

“Ms Tan Gee Keow

Prof Tan Chorh Chuan

Mr Augustin Lee”;

(e)

in item 3, in the third column, against “Chairman”, insert “Mr Chan Yeng Kit”; and

(f)

in item 6, in the third column, against “Chairman”, insert “Ms Tan Gee Keow”.
