Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Education Service Incentive Payment Act 2001, the Minister for Education makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations are the Education Service Incentive Payment (CONNECT Plan) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023.
(2)  Regulation 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 3 October 2022.
(3)  Regulation 2(b), (d) and (f) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2023.
(4)  Regulation 2(a), (g) and (h) is deemed to have come into operation on 27 November 2023.
(5)  Regulation 2(e) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 December 2023.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  In the Education Service Incentive Payment (CONNECT Plan) Regulations (Rg 1), in the Third Schedule, in Part 2 —
(a)in item 1, in the second column, replace paragraphs (a) to (d) with —
