(CONNECT Plan) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Education Service Incentive Payment Act 2001, the Minister for Education makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the Education Service Incentive Payment (CONNECT Plan) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023.

(2) Regulation 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 3 October 2022.

(3) Regulation 2(b), (d) and (f) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2023.

(4) Regulation 2(a), (g) and (h) is deemed to have come into operation on 27 November 2023.

(5) Regulation 2(e) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 December 2023.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. In the Education Service Incentive Payment (CONNECT Plan) Regulations (Rg 1), in the Third Schedule, in Part 2 —

(a)

in item 1, in the second column, replace paragraphs (a) to (d) with —

“(a)	APSN Chaoyang School (formerly known as Chaoyang School)
(b)	APSN Delta Senior School (formerly known as Delta Senior School)
(c)	APSN Katong School (formerly known as Katong School)
(d)	APSN Tanglin School (formerly known as Tanglin School)”;

(b)

in item 2, in the second column, replace “Eden School” with —

(c)
